Harpenden CC use Pitchero to manage our club memberships.
The membership sign up is a two stage process :

This document will walk you through the membership process step by step.
Joining the Club
Navigate to - https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/harpendencricketclub/signup
Pitchero is a single login platform that enables the user to access multiple clubs from a single account/email address.
If you have used Pitchero in the past you will need to login using the email address you have used previously before joining the club.
Confirm your preferences: Terms of Service and Harpenden Cricket Club Consent are required fields so please ensure they are ticked.
Click NEXT to continue.
Next, select a ROLE that best fits your engagement with the club. Members can be assigned more than one Role so please select all which apply to your membership. (e.g If you are a Parent and a Player please select both options).
The roles are described below:
Roles
Role | Description | Who should sign up |
Club Member | Club Members are not associated with a team and are often non-playing members whom the club wish to allow access to the privately posted content | Social Members |
Player | Players are allocated to specific teams, and can then respond to availability and selection requests | Senior, Student or Youth players (Age 25 or under on 1st May of the upcoming new season) |
Parent | Parents are responsible for managing their child's unregistered account, including responding to availability and selection requests, messages and payments | Parents/Guardians/Carers of junior players playing for Harpenden CC. This also includes sign up for a Junior member. (Excluding All Stars and Dynamos) |
Coach | Coaches are allocated to specific teams and show on the team Squad page | This role is assigned by Harpenden CC administrators |
Team Admin | Team Admins are allocated to specific teams and manage their own team through the club control panel and Manager app. | This role is assigned by Harpenden CC administrators |
Webmaster | Webmasters have full access to administer the HCC site | This role is assigned by Harpenden CC administrators |
Senior, Youth or Student Player
In order to complete your sign up as a player, please select the team with who you will be playing.
If you do not know which team, select "Not a player". A team can be associated at a later time.
This can be amended at a later date should this be required.
Your account will now be created and an account confirmation email sent to your email. Please ensure you confirm your membership request in the email.
Click "My Account" to access your details.
Your membership request will now be sent for approval by Harpenden CC officials.
Please Note: Some Features and access will not be available until your request has been approved (such as he purchase of Membership packages from the Shop.
Parent
Please Note: Each Parent/Guardian should sign up separately with a unique email address prior to purchasing the membership package.
Each of these accounts can then be associated with your child's accounts.
If this is the first time you are signing up, you will need to create a new entry for your child or children. Start by typing your child's name (you will need at least the first 3 letters of their name) and the system will show any matches.
If no matches appear, click on the option : Click here to add a new member.
If you know the team your children will be playing in, please select the squad.
If you do not know which team you will be playing in, select a team from your childs age group. If incorrect, a team can be associated at a later time.
Your account will now be created and an account confirmation email sent to your account.
Click "My Account" to access your details.
Your membership request will now be sent for approval by Harpenden CC officials.
Once complete, you will need to confirm your membership information for you and your children.
Adding Additional Juniors to your Parent Account.
Website
On the website homepage click "Your Account"
Then, In the sub-menu Click "Your Account"
Click the "Manage Roles" option
Navigate to the "Parent of" section and click "Manage"
You can use the "Add Child" button to add additional Juniors to your account.
Start typing your childs name (at least the first 3 letters) to populate the field. If your child is not yet set up in the system an option will appear to create a new junior entry -
"Can’t find the member you’re looking for? Click here to add a new member."
Select this to add a new child to your account
Pitchero App
Click on the account picture on the top right of the screen
Select "My Roles"
Navigate to the "Parent of" section and click "Manage"
You can use the "Add Child" button to add additional Juniors to your account.
Adding Membership Information
Please be sure to complete all the details in yours and your child's profile including Address, Date of Birth and Telephone numbers.
Click "Your Account"
Select the name of the person for whom you wish to add details.
Click "Membership Info" to enter the information.
Once complete, click "Save Changes"
Payment
Once approved you will be required to pay for your membership. Please review the Payments and Donations section for more information.
Please note: as a members’ club it is important that all families, without a playing parent, take out Family Membership so you can access the pavilion during training, for matches and club events.
