All Events (e.g Summer Party, Quiz Nights etc.) will be posted in Pitchero. Please be sure to set your attendance (or not) for any of these events.
Understanding who is going to attend and wno is not, helps the club enormously with capacity planning.

1. Open the Pitchero Club App
2. Click the Calendar Icon at the bottom of the screen
3. Select an Event
4. Click "I'M NOT GOING" or "I'M GOING" to to confirm your attendance intention.

1. Open the clubs Calendar by browsing to https://www.harpendencc.com/calendar
2. Select a fixture or event
3. Click "Are you available?" to set your availability
