As well as notifications through the Pitchero Club app, Harpenden CC will also send ALL communications via email. These include Club event information, News, Fixture updates and selections.
Therefore, it is essential that you are able to receive these emails to ensure you are able to respond where necessary.
Email preferences are controlled via the website and are split into 2 sections.
- Email Updates - This section covers email preferences for emails sent from Harpenden CC. Please ensure these are all enabled to receive essential club information.
- Marketing Emails - This section covers email preferences for emails sent by Pitchero and their partners.

Emails not being receivedSometimes, emails may not be received despite the email preferences being set correctly.
As a lot of these emails are sent via an automated system, some email providers may treat Pitchero emails as SPAM.
In the event of emails not getting through, please try the following :
- Add robot@email.pitchero.com as a contact or safe sender in your email account settings.
- Double-check your email settings to ensure nothing is unintentionally filtering our emails into spam or junk folders. If any are found, set these as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” in your email client.
